This may be the first year of my life that I don't dye any Easter Eggs. And it makes me really sad to think about it.
Easter has a tendency to be a bit to-do with siblings and parents and nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and grandparents and cousins. It's a big ol' party of dying and hunting eggs, playing games and laughter.
But since I won't be able to take part in those festivities, I've spent the day looking through pictures and watching videos of Easters Past. I thought I would share them with you!
This might be the first year we don't dye eggs either...sad, but this past week has been super busy!! Happy Easter! xxx
ReplyDeleteAwwww wow, I hope this Easter is just as fun. Have a Happy Easter with your family. =)

It sure wasn't the same dying eggs yesterday without you. There was only Kristi, Jenny's and Dad & I. We had fun, tho. Dad & I hid the eggs and the Jeff & Megan had fun looking for them. Later we fixed eggs goldenrod.

ReplyDeleteNow those are some serious Easter dyeing parties. I've never seen so many eggs being dyed. we only dyed 9 this year, and usually it's only 12. I can't imagine dying so many, and they are all really nice and thought out, I love it. Thanks for visiting my blog, and I hope you have a very nice Easter. ♥ BJ

ReplyDeleteThere were no festivities this year at my house either. So I spent the morning/early afternoon lying by the pool. Which may become a tradition for my quiet holidays... It was wonderful!
ReplyDeleteNice site!
ReplyDeleteThese eggs are fantastic! I especially like the watermelon one, haha. I'm sorry you didn't dye any today, but if it's any consolation, eggs are a symbol for Beltane, too, and Matt and I plan on dyeing eggs that day. :) I'd love if you could, too, all the way out in the desert!
