Up All Night
Obsession is just something that is wired in my brain. If I like something, I LOVE it.
One of my favorite blogs, Busy Bee Lauren, sparked another obsession earlier this week.
Prison Break.
Before I read that Lauren was obsessing over this show, I had had no interest whatsoever in watching a bunch of scowly guys try to break out of jail.
But with every fangirling post, I got more and more intrigued by this show.
To the point of watching nine episodes in one night.
He's so lovely. And he rarely grins. (But when he does. Sigh.) I was kind of happy that I caught a picture when he had that grin on his face. (I know I could have just paused it on a good shot, but I simply couldn't pause it. It hurt too much.)
So, Itty Bitty and I gasped and cursed and sat nervously on the edge of our seats for nearly nine hours.
Well, really only I did. She just got really annoyed when I gasped and cursed and sat nervously on the edge of my seat. I was disturbing her sleep.
I only went to sleep when I realized that the sun was starting to rise. Whoops.
I wrote an email to Lauren explaining that I blame her for my lack of sleep, but that I thanked her for bringing this insane show into my life.
Watch it now!

Magnets
I'm featured over HERE today! Go and check out the post!

The moment after I realized I was actually moving to Vegas, I made some magnets for my future fridge.
Okay. That's not true. The moment after I realized I was moving to Vegas was spent hyperventilating.
Then crying and panicking.
Then curling up in bed as I stared off into space.
Then excitedly planning.
And THEN I made some magnets.
It's so incredibly simple, and I'm here to tell you how I did it.
What you will need:
A roll of magnet tape.
Metal scrapbook embellishments.
That's it.
Just cut, peel and stick.
I was going through all of my scrapbook supplies, deciding what I would keep and what I would give to my sister and I came across these adorable metal embellishments. Within five minutes they were five adorable magnets that have been proudly displayed on our fridge.
Cute, right?
What simple things do you do to spice up your home?

Today's Letter is C!
There was a pattern this weekend with the treats that Alyson and I had.
The letter "C"
On Saturday, we went to Starbucks.
Alyson got Coffee and I got hot Chocolate.
And because Starbucks was Celebrating an anniversary we both got free Carrot Cake Cupcakes with oodles of Cream Cheese frosting.
Alyson then surprised me with Chinese food on Sunday.
Sweet and sour Chicken, Cream Cheese wantons, Chow mein.
And the fun of a fortune Cookie.

Accent Meme
While catching up on my blog reading the other day, I came across a meme that was just the thing to get me back into vlogging!
I've been trying to get back into making videos, but every time I try, I don't do too well. But this one seemed fun and simple enough to ease me back into the swing of things!
The meme is the Accent Meme and I found it on Alicia's blog, The Princess and the Parolee. (She has such a cute blog! Go check her out!)
I had a lot of fun making this video. I stayed awake until five in the morning editing it. Good times were had by all.
And by all, I mean Itty Bitty and me.

Guest Blogger: Kevin
It is my pleasure to present a blogger that is very close to my heart. (He's my boyfriend. You can say "Aw." It's okay.)
His blog, World Between the Lines, is so much fun to read! He just finished a project where he reviewed every song from his favorite band and is about to begin a whole new theme to his blog! Go and check it out!

Kevin was kind enough to agree to be this week's guest post! And to make it more fun, he invited me to guest post on his blog today too! So, read this post first and then go and read mine!
1. Tell us a little bit about you and your blog.
Thanks so much for guest posting for me Kevin!
1. Tell us a little bit about you and your blog.
Art, music, opinions, whatever. That’s the simple answer to what my blog is about. For the past five months I spent most of my time writing song reviews, with only a bit here and there that was actually about my life. But, I’m working on changing that around and making my blog more personal. And just what am I? First, I’m an artistic kind of guy. I love to draw, color, animate, design, paint, film, write, and do just about all things creative. Art has been one of the few things that keep me from going berserk. And one of the other things is my love for all things nerdy.
2. What is your favorite book?
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. That was too easy! Maybe I shouldn’t use Harry Potter… hmm.. either The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne or Animal Farm by George Orwell would be next. Ah, screw it, yes, Harry Potter. I’ve been hooked on these books since I was a kid, I practically grew up with Harry. The second one is my favorite mostly because I love the mystery to it. It irresistibly reminds me of the TV. show, “Cold Case” – except the writing is much better. Rowling is a genius.
3. What makes you a nerd?
Read my blog. No seriously, if you do you’ll see just how nerdy I can be. I wrote a review for each and every song from the albums of my favorite band, a band that has a concept dealing with spaceships, cyborgs, tyrants and rebels, a Jesus figure, psychos, and aliens.
Aside from that, I practically live and breathe the things I like. I can tell you obscure details as well as quote lines from Star Wars and Harry Potter. I read Wookieepedia – the official Star Wars Wiki. I have Star Wars related toys on full display on my dresser in my room. I quote lines from Red vs. Blue. I quote Disney movies and I blast Disney music in my car while speeding down the freeway, and simultaneously sing along. I have accounts on forums dedicated to different video games. I re-play Pokemon at least twice a year. I’ve played various Legend of Zelda video games to the point I know them in and out. I sometimes think about who used to live in Snowpeak Ruins from one of those games. I used to be a moderator for an art gallery dedicated to the Zelda games. And I used to run a Zelda website until I realized I didn’t know anything about web design. Need more?
4. You have 3 hours to live. What do you do?
Spend them with my family, friends, and my girlfriend, whatever we wanted. And call up those loved ones who aren’t with me and spend the final moments in the company of them all.
5. Describe the perfect sandwich!
I’m the kind of person that loves to stuff his sandwiches with plenty of things and doesn’t care how many calories he’s added. The best sandwich I’ve ever eaten: Roast beef, ham, bacon and turkey on 9-grain wheat bread, with pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayonnaise, extra honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapenos, some Tabasco sauce, and lots of pepper. *mouth waters*
6. What would be your perfect job?
I’d love to be working as an all-things type of artist, taking on freelance projects and commissions for designing, illustrating, animating. Just anything that allows me to explore my creativity while having a decent pay.
7. What is the most important thing in your life?
Just knowing that I’m not alone in being scared or worried about what life is going to throw at me once I get out of college. That, and knowing that I’m not alone period.
8. Would you rather fight a hundred two year olds or a hundred Chihuahuas?
Neither sound good, but I think I’d go with Chihuahuas. Much as I love my niece and nephews, screaming two year olds annoy me to a ridiculous end, and I’d probably be subdued by them. Every Chihuahua I know tries to act all tough, but they’re just little punks that run away. I’d go with Chihuahuas.
Don't forget to go and read my post on Kevin's blog!

Itty Bitty
Thanks for curling up under the covers with me last night when I was scared of the random bumpity noises. I don't know if I could have slept without your fuzzy body next to mine.
I'm so glad you moved to Vegas with me.

Awards
I'm so behind on the times. This is just what happens when I have so much to blog about!
But today I felt was the perfect day to finally accept those lovely blog awards that I have been given.
The terms for all of the awards seems to be pretty similar. I get to tell you all a few random facts about myself.
This task gets harder and harder each time. I want to always state new information that no one knows about yet. And on a personal blog, this is tricky. But let's see what I can come up with.
1. When I am upset, I will look into the mirror and talk to myself. Tears are streaming down my face and my voice is all cracky. But after a few minutes of talking to myself, I either calm myself down or realize how silly I look with puffy red eyes and stop crying.
2. I slept with a stuffed animal rabbit until I was 18. My grandma bought it for me in a 7-11 convenience store at Easter time and I loved that thing to pieces. It was so thread bare at the end that I had to hold it together with safety pins.
(Dang I was tan!)
3. I developed a love for smelling things. I find it comforting. As you can tell in the picture of me and Bunny, I'm smelling her ear. I did this with my baby blanket as well. After I weaned myself off of Bunny, I did really well not to smell anything until my hair grew out. I changed shampoos and LOVED the scent. And now when I'm alone and tired, I smell at my hair.
4. I am terrible at pranks. April 1st is coming up soon and I'm trying to figure out something to do as a prank, but I'm not coming up with anything. It's depressing. I'm so bad at pranks that I admitted to toilet papering my own house.
5. I was in the room when my grandmother passed away. I sang her a hymn and she was gone not two minutes later. It was one of the most special moments in my life. I miss her so much.
6. I'm a really good kisser. 4/5 guys have told me so.
7. My birthday is May 12th! I'm going to 22. It feels strange to be so close to such a random age. Who ever remembers being 22?
The awards I was given are these:
(This award is awesome simply because it's a picture of Sunflowers. They are my favorite.)
I was given this lovely award by two people! I love both of their blogs, so please go check them out!
Caity from The Skinny On Me
&
*R*R*R* from Rants, Raves & Randomocity
The second award is this:
I've already received this award a few times before, but I love it. I always try to be stylish!
This award was also given to me by two people! Their blogs are equally awesome! Go and check them out!
Gwen from She's So Quaint
&
Melbourne on my Mind from A Quick Succession of Busy Nothings
Thank you so much for these awards girls!
