Sunday of Awesome!

Yesterday was a good day.

Living with my sister is good times. It doesn't matter what we're doing, I'm always laughing. Grocery shopping, watching TV, cooking dinner. It's all golden. (All of these were done yesterday, by the way.)

But the best times are spent playing Mario Party. We lost to the computer after nearly an hour and a half of playing, and still had a great time!

I can't tell you how many times I've nearly peed my pants from laughing while playing this game with Alyson. It's just not as much fun anyone else. Stupid dance moves, squeals, groans and laughs. It's one of my favorite things about living with Aly.

Shortly afterward, we started making dinner. Aly made salad. It's about the best salad in the world. I would be content to eat only that salad for a month. So good.

I made Fajitas!

There's just something so gorgeous about red and green bell peppers!

Here's how you make an amazing fajita!

First, warm up a flour tortilla and layer it like so:

Mmm! So yummy!

Some other things you can put on your fajita:

Avocado/Guacamole (I wish I would have had some this)

Sauteed Onions (or mushrooms, which my sister loves)

Then you just wrap it up like so!

SO yummy!

It was a good day.

I spent hours and hours when I was home at Christmas time played Lego Harry Potter on my brother's Wii. I think he got quite cranky in the end because he wanted to play something different but I was all "NOOOOOOO!!!! LEGO HARRY POTTER!!!!!!!!!"

Also, now I want fajitas. I think I'll have to add them to the menu for next week........

Oh man, those fajitas look awesome! I have to really keep this particular recipe in mind. :)

I made mini fajitas the other night on a whim! I had chicken out and some tortillas, so I figured I'd go for it. My boyfriend hates veggies, so I got all the peppers to myself. I just wish I'd thought of buying sour cream when I was at the grocery store. Thankfully, I hardly noticed it was missing!

Of course the first post that I read of yours involved delicious food. Love the high tech motion folding.

Creative, awesome, big fat tease. That's what it is!

How do you do that high tech folding?! Looks delicious but you definitely need the mushrooms!

I'm not the only one still playing game cube>!?!? I love to go replay paper mario. It's hands down the best game EVER (except maybe for Lego Star Wars). I should go play that now.
